Hired a bike today, cycling around San Fran. A great way to get around, aside from all the insanely steep hills. As you can see i’m having a break across the golden gate, heading back across to cycle round the coast and back into haight-ashbury to find some hippies. About 40 years too late.

Well hello. This is my little blog about my travels to the USA which being incredibly soon. In fact this morning. It’s 3:30am, I fly out in 7 hours. Probably I should get some sleep now. Then again I’ve got 17 hours on a plane for that sort of shenanigans.

So the plan is, fly into San Francisco for a couple of days, get out to Yosemite, hit the deserts and lakes and canyons and end up in Vegas, fly to New York, spend 5 days there and then come home.

We’ll let you know how it goes
